This section presents the regulations applicable to BCL staff. First, there is the BCL code of conduct (in French only).
The provisions of the General Statute of Civil Servants ("Statut général des Fonctionnaires de l'Etat") apply to all employees of the BCL, who have the status of:
- Employee of the State
- Civil Servant
