Set of BU Luxembourg euro coins (2005)

The set is the first one of a series of seven dedicated to the different architectural periods depicted on the euro banknotes and present in Luxembourg. The 2005 set shows the architectural period of the 5 euro banknote, that’s to say the antique period.

The set contains the 8 Luxembourg current euro coins and the 2 euro commemorative coin dedicated to the 50^th birthday of the Grand Duke Henri, the 5^th anniversary of his accession to the throne and to the 100^th anniversary of the death of Grand Duke Adolphe.
