• Form 1013: Addressable BIC and Multi-addressee access
• Form 1014: Sub Account for dedicated liquidity
• Form 1015: Contact Items
• Form 1016: Liquidity Pooling -  Group of Accounts Manager
• Form 1017: Liquidity Pooling - Group of Accounts Member
• Form 1018: Direct debits

Forms for ancillary systems

• Form 2000: Main form for Ancillary Systems
• Form 2001: Ancillary System’s Settlement Banks
• Form 2002: Mandate for AS settlement

Forms for indirect participants

• Form 4000: Main form for Indirect PM Participants
• Form 4013: Addressable BICs – Wildcard rules
