Can one open an account with the BCL?
No, a bank account cannot be opened for individuals at the BCL. The BCL, as a central bank, does not offer banking services to private individuals, but only to credit institutions, public bodies or other participants in the market. Members of the public should instead turn to other financial institutions, such as their local bank.
