Collection of Contact Details (COPDAT)

  

The Collection of Contact Details (COPDAT) is a recurring data collection exercise by BCL Operations aimed at maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information for all Luxembourg credit institutions. This process ensures that important and more time-sensitive operational communications - particularly those related to corporate actions, incident management and other urgent matters - reach the appropriate contacts without delay.

Institutions are expected to regularly review and update their contact details to support an efficient and reliable communication set-up with BCL Operations and to minimise the risk of delays or miscommunication in critical situations.
