Terms and conditions of the Banque centrale du Luxembourg

The Terms and Conditions set the conditions for the operations of the Banque centrale du Luxembourg; in particular, they aim at implementing the monetary policy of the Eurosystem in Luxembourg. The Terms and Conditions also organise the cash operations as well as the conditions for participation in payment systems.

The Terms and Conditions (FR versions only) are complemented by several annexes that are kept up to date.
