The BCL is a partner in the national campaign against online fraud
A unique coordination between public institutions and private actors, the Luxembourg campaign against online fraud raises awareness of this phenomenon which is becoming increasingly complex, informs about contact points in case of suspicion of fraud and disseminates prevention advice.
This initiative, launched on 5 June 2025 during the first edition of the Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Summit in Luxembourg, is the result of a joint effort by the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity and the Association des Banques et Banquiers à Luxembourg, with the support of the Ministry of Economy.
More than fifteen partners are mobilised, including the Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, the Grand-Ducal Police, LuxTrust and Bee Secure, an organisation that promotes safer and more responsible use of digital technologies.
